Creating and developing reports according to customer requirements on SQL.<br>
Developing new queries/scripts for SQL and Excel to be used in an in-house GUI developed for querying data.<br>
Conducting load testing, performance testing, reporting ad-hoc bugs and addressing software bugs.<br>
Writing, maintaining, and fixing documentation and procedures for internal products and tools.<br>
Providing basic configuration of network equipment and consulting PC hardware for customers, as per their requirements.</p>

Network support, maintenance and troubleshooting.<br>
Identifying implementation issues by meeting with customers and evaluating procedures and processes.<br>
Developing solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow options.<br>
Delivering verified results by testing programs for functionality and accuracy.</p>

<p>Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and negotiating with management.<br>
Examining product design, customer requirements and performance standards, completing the technical studies with the determined project specifications and preparing the cost estimates.<br>
Reviewing the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements and managing the steps in creating the project schedule.<br>
Maintaining the project schedule by monitoring the progress of projects and coordinating activities, resolving issues where necessary.</p>
