NA Reporting Analyst
Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for North American clients.
Collect and analyze sales data, customer feedback and operational metrics to identify patterns and insights.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives and decision-making processes.
Set up and test new reports to ensure the information is correct e.g. visitor summary reports where maps and entrance co-ordinates need to be prepared.
Follow up on any data queries to ensure that the data is as accurate as possible for the client.
Data Validation Analyst to Data Quality Analyst
Validating footfall counts from different High Streets, Shopping Centres and Retail Parks and review data to ensure that they are sensible.
Assist analyst team with the weekly and monthly footfall data checks - review reports.
Provide special attention to new clients' data to ensure that the client receives the best possible care when on-boarding them to Springboard.
Bus. Process Associate to Subject Matter Expert
Perform quality audits and share the feedback with the team or client as appropriate.
Develop and maintain an understanding of customer service level agreements (SLAs) and the key performance requirements of the department's products.
Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation which may include: Execute transactions with minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system.
Interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to determine legitimacy of customer behavior across multiple products.
Assist Team Lead or act as backup to Team Lead on various tasks when needed.
