Obtained CEO approval and established a cross-functional committee involving Collections, Credit, Risk, and Operations to assess eligible cases and determine the most appropriate recovery strategy. The program enabled the company to utilize Kafalah guarantees for eligible defaulted customers while applying tailored resolution strategies, including loan rescheduling, settlements, payment deferrals, and liquidation of collateral where appropriate. The initiative significantly enhanced the performance of the collections portfolio, contributing to an approximately 18% reduction in NPLs and a 35% improvement in customer repayment regularity, while strengthening cash flows and recovery performance.
