Training Manager

• Help plan, test, optimize and deliver an engaging customer onboarding curriculum covering software, hardware and trending crafting skills, from beginner level to advanced
• Instructionally design, plan and deliver a Virtual Instructor-Led Training curriculum aimed at helping to efficiently onboard new Cricut Members
• Build out a consistent approach and manage education plans for our cutting machines and design software, including any new product launches
• Track and identify trends and use them as a vehicle for instruction
• Work with the Director of Education to build out a scalable, measurable content strategy covering our suite of educational properties, including social media (influencers and product experts), our customer-facing knowledge base (Zendesk), YouTube and Cricut websites and our blog
• Work with the Director of Education to build out a scalable, measurable content strategy and educational brand that serves multiple audiences, starting with customers but also including employees, customer service agents and retail salespeople
