5. Setting challenges for each hotel and influencing it to improve revenues.

6. Visiting hotels regularly to develop a revenue strategy to suit it.

7. Spreading the culture of revenue management within hotels and among management employees.

8. Coordination with the sales department to improve efficiency and profits.

9. Assist in planning budgets, developing growth strategies, and developing pricing policies.

10. Improving room occupancy numbers and dealing with revenue management system (RMS), to ensure that all rooms are filled whenever possible.
