Gordian Ventures Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team. As a leading investment firm specializing in supply chain solutions Gordian Ventures Inc. is dedicated to driving efficiency and innovation across various industries.
As a Supply Chain Administrator you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the supply chain processes for our portfolio companies. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers monitoring inventory levels analyzing data and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency. Additionally you will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination throughout the supply chain.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management
Analyze supply chain data and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes
Implement and maintain supply chain systems and tools
Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies
Assist in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
Requirements
Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics or a related field
Previous experience in supply chain management logistics or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data
Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management
