Senior Software Business Analyst

Job Requirements

Technical skills :

• At least three years of experience in software business analysis.
• Has experience in CRS/ BRS and SRS writing.
• Has experience in modeling using workflows, BPMN, flowcharts, etc.

Specifications

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in requirement gathering from external customers.
• Experience in different business domains.
• Very good technical writing skills. The candidate must have good experience writing CRS/BRS, SRS documents.
• Experience in handling changes/ updates on software products.
• Experience presenting the requirements using models (workflow diagram, flowcharts, BPMN).
• Experience in requirements management in source control (MS TFS, JIRA).
• Peer reviewing experience.
• Testcases design/ review experience.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in software product development (Scrum Product owner certificate is a bonus)
• Process reengineering knowledge. (experience in process reengineering is a bonus)
• Ability to define security threats and find a solution to overcome them.
• (Plus) experience in software effort estimation.
• (Plus) experience in preparing technical software proposals.
• (Plus) experience in calculating ROI.
• (Plus) knowledge about public key infrastructure (PKI)
