Senior Legal Counsel

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft review and provide legal counsel on agreements between the Company and third parties to ensure document accuracy.
• Offer legal advice on daily matters to related teams and the Board of Directors (BOD).
• Assist internal teams in negotiating and clarifying agreements with clients.
• Manage contracts to provide periodic reports and advice to the BOD.
• Handle disputes particularly those related to copyright issues.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and other relevant departments as needed.
• Collaborate with the Headquarters Legal Group and Outside Counsel on specific and general topics.
• Research and stay updated on law regulations relevant to the Companys business model.
• Undertake other assignments delegated by the BOD and Headquarters Legal Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Law.
• Experience: Minimum of 34 years experience preferably with prior involvement in Copyright/intellectual property. Possession of a Lawyer certificate is advantageous.
• Sound understanding of contract law and company law.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages.
• Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
