Senior Data AnalystTrainer

Job Description

• Track, collect and interpret data, then analyze results using statistical techniques
• Conduct trainings through new material
• Create training strategies, initiatives and material
• Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
• Define new data collection and analysis processes
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data set
• Provide insights and make recommendation based on data analysis
• Provide technical leadership in form of mentoring, training and knowledge sharing with team members

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in MIS, computer science or any relevant degree
• Willing to constantly travel for training duties abroad within the gulf area
• Experience in data models and reporting packages
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of SQL and Python statistical programming
• Ability to write comprehensive reports and analyze large data sets
• Has strong analytics skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in business intelligence
