Job Description

• Ensuring adherence by staff to all work instructions/working practices to ensure conformity.
• To ensure that defined tasks and targets assigned are completed in full and within the allotted timescale to the best of your ability.
• All defined areas are maintained to the highest housekeeping standards.
• Provide training, knowledge, assistance and guidance to other team members as required.
• Ideas and improvements are generated and implemented as part of the daily routine.
• Health & Safety awareness and conformance at all times by team members.
• Maintaining and progressing multi skilled personnel.
• Regular, constructive meetings with all team members.
• Actively achieving department objectives.
• Carry out other comparable duties as required by the Line Manager

Job Requirements

• Engineering Bachelor degree.
• 6th of October Resident is preferable.
• Leadership Skills.
