Product Owner

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Implementation:

Understanding analyzing and directing product development

Identifying and managing desired features in the Product Backlog (a list of product requirements and features)

Communicating comprehensive information and requirements about the product to the development team

Writing functional specifications for new features or improvements to existing features.

Product Operations:

Monitoring and analyzing user feedback statistics to understand trends and user behavior

Working closely with the development team (client/server) to address arising issues and provide timely feedbacks

Tracking progress and issues related to the product along with relevant stakeholders

Monitoring all stages of product creation including design and development of mobile applications

Coordinating with related departments such as UX/UI designers Developers testers marketers...

Establishing Product Metrics to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of each update.

Tracking and analyzing user behavior using tools such as Firebase Google Analytics...

2. REQUIREMENTS

Request about Knowledge:

At least 2 years of working experience in a PO role

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Information System or a related field

Knowledge of the software development process and Mobile/app product development

Plus: Work experience in Agile Development Team

Skill & Ability:

Excellent communication skills in both English Vietnamese and interpersonal skill

Ready to learn research and stay updated with new technologies

Ability to listen and understand customer needs

Good presentation and documentation skills

Good analytical and critical thinking
