Procurement Specialist

• The efficient and effective performance of duties and responsibilities pertaining Procurement Management and execution.
  
• Ensuring that the procurement activities are made in accordance with the procedures of Rijk Zwaan.
  
• The complete local procurement process and procurement planning.
  
• Negotiating with current and external vendors to secure terms price and qualities.
  
• Assisting the Process Optimization Manager in procurement and logistics activities.
  
• Creating reports for management and team members.
  
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Process Optimization Manager
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree of Procurement from recognized Institutions
  
• Registered with Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technician Board will be an added advantage.
  
  

• Excellent verbal and written expression in the English and Swahili language.
  
• High integrity.
  
• High ethical standards
  
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  
• Physical and mental fitness.
  
• Good knowledge of purchasing techniques.
  
• Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills.
  
• Good computer literacy (MS Office Excel Power point)
