Operations Freight Forwarding Specialist

Job Description

• Preparing all files and papers related to the shipment through shipping permission
• Sending the shipping authorization to the customer to specify the loading date and informing the transport contractor
• Responsible for all booking procedures (Import & Export).
• Follow up all custom clearance procedures.
• Data entry for all shipments data which processed.
• (Import & Export) cycle.
• Receive the bill of lading from the line and send it to the customer for review
• Handle any complaint related to the operation department.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Knowledge of the principles and methods of logistics and supply chains.
• High ability skills in dealing with difficult personalities,
• Ability skills in effective negotiation and persuasion
• English Language
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience: 1-3 in Freight forwarder companies
