Provide front office administrative support services to staff and clients of the Behavioral Health Center (BHC) in a friendly, professional manner. Monitor staff schedules and coordinate client appointments in Electronic Health Record (HER). Maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
Oregon Drivers License, be insurable by the CTWS, pass drug test and current CPR/1st aid or ability to obtain ASAP. Must have High School Diploma or wquivalent. Must not engage in use of illegal drugs and be free from dysfunctional use of alcohol and prescription drugs. For persons recovering from Substance Addiction, continued sobriety for previous three years. On year of office experience. Excellent communication skills and computer skills required.
