OD Specialist

Job Description

1. Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, rotations, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.
2. Creates & updates job analysis to identify job descriptions & job specifications.
3. Participates in Performance Management Process including implementation of the performance management system by reviewing the application of the system continuously throughout the year and following up on the results with all departments.
4. Conducts exit interviews and analyzes the related monthly reports to identify the exit reasons and reduce & maintain turnover rate.
5. Responsible for employees' onboarding & induction programs.
6. Performs annual employees' satisfaction survey and performs analysis of the survey output.
7. Keeps the documentation & reporting of the recruitment process up to date.
8. Follow up on execution and updating of the company policies and standard procedures.
9. Aligning talent to training or development programs needed to ensure organizational goals are met
10. Monitors and evaluates onboarding processes by implementing a proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company, developmental and feedback standards.
11. Perform and follow up on additional tasks and responsibilities relevant to the role as required
