Marketing Manager

The Wise Seeker is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives for a major cosmetics company.

Location:Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

Functions

1. Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies for digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand recognition and consumer engagement.
2. Collaborate closely with departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overarching business goals.
3. Lead digital marketing campaigns optimizing performance across social media search engines and email channels.
4. Establish and maintain partnerships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers for promotional activities including live streaming and offline events.
5. Organize and participate in offline events product launches and promotional campaigns to stimulate customer interest and drive sales.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and dynamics to ensure HeBe VN remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand marketing with a significant emphasis on digital marketing strategies.
3. A proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns both online and offline.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO SEM social media and email marketing.
5. Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking
6. Strong communication skills for effective partnerships and team collaboration.
7. Analytical mindset with a resultsoriented approach.
8. Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Korean language skills are advantageous.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
