Job description

Welcome patients with a warm attitude and address any concerns or complaints with sympathy and professionalism.

Schedule appointments followup visits and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp providing information about clinic services appointment availability and addressing general inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.

Assist in maintaining and updating clinic records including patient files and administrative documents.

Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling.

Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with the finance department as needed.

Monitor and maintain accurate records of clinic inventory including medical supplies and equipment.

Track inventory levels anticipate shortages and place orders for replenishment in a timely manner.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.

Ensure hygiene and overall upkeep of the clinic.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service or healthcare administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
