Open Position: Learning & Development Specialist (MNC Company)

An MNC Company is looking for Learning & Development Specialist to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Identify the needs for Learning & Development programme by working closely with Management teams across different business units and functions in the company using online learning systems
  
• Review existing Learning & Development programmesby studying current trends and developments in sustainability management and identify new training needs and requirements for the entire company
  
• Achieve highquality assurance training objectives by conducting programme based on productivity quality and customerservice standards aligning with the company s policies and procedures
  
• Develop key performance indicators (KPI) to monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness and success of the training period and provide progress reports to the Management team
  
• Prepare all year round training budgets and work closely with external Learning & Development training providers based locally and regionally
  
• Having good interpersonal communication presentation and training skills
