Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  

• Responsible troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solving hardware and software faults, and solve technical and application problems.
  

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  

• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit by using third-party tools.
  

• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  

• Responding in a timely manner to services issues and requests.
  

• Responsible to test and evaluate new technology.
  

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  

• Candidate MUST have certain knowledge inLINUX operating system.
  

• Preferably candidate who have good knowledge on hardware and software system.
  

• Possess RHCE certification or equivalent LINUX system awareness will be an added advantage.
  

• Preferably candidate with certain understanding of the HTTP protocol, interaction, DNS principles.
  

• Preferably candidates who are able to work on shift schedule, or on duty (24X7) (if required).
  

• Have high resilience skills and able to work under pressure.
  

• Responsible towards own job responsibilities.
  

• Preferably candidates who are immediately available.
  

• Candidates who fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role required the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
