IT Senior Officer
Pharmaceutical Research Unit (PRU) or Arab Pharmaceutical Industry Consulting (APIC) is a leading clinical research organization (CRO) that was established in Jordan in 1993. At PRU/APIC we offer clinical development solutions that aim to transform drug development & health industries worldwide. We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive list of services to pharmaceutical & healthcare companies at the highest principles of personal & professional conduct.
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Senior Officer to support us in our continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short- and long-range IT planning.
- Participates in the documentation and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures to ensure effective operation.
- Participates as a member of the IT management team in planning, problem resolution, and reviewing department performance.
- Support end users as needed.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Read and understand current regulations related to IT systems in clinical trials and reflect on internal SOPs.

Must-Haves:
- BSc Computer Science (CS) or any related field.

2. Minimum 4-6 years of experience.
3. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
4.Excellent documentation skills.
5. Accurate and cooperative.
6. Very Good listening, interacting, and communicating verbally and writing skills.
7. Very Good command of Arabic and English languages both spoken and written.
