HR Specialist

Job Description

• Screen, filter and shortlist different CVs based on job opportunities
• Hire through different platforms and social media channels
• Perform Interviews and have eye for talents
• Prepare offers and send acceptance and rejection emails to candidates
• Handle different tasks from management & different functions as needed
• Update Job Description
• Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Management, Law or any other related field.
• At least 1 - 5 years experience in the same field
• Any certificates or courses taken in HR is a plus
• English must be fluent
• Presentable and Respectful
• Excellent Communication skills
• Detail oriented with analytical eye
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
