Open Position: HR Admin & Operations Manager
A prominent retail organization with a significant presence throughout Malaysia is actively recruiting a skilled HR Admin & Operations Manager to join their esteemed team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Key requirements include:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or etc
More than 12 years of HR management covering HR Operations Payroll Recruitment with more than 4 years experience in demonstrating strong leadership in handling largescale workforce management.
Formulate and execute HR strategies policies and protocols that are in line with the organization s strategic direction and vision of the organization.
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing HRMS related applications that encompass a wide range of functionalities.
