HEAD OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Budget Preparation: Lead the annual budget preparation process aligned with the companys annual plan.
• Budget Supervision: Adjust the companys accounting system to adhere to the budget and conduct regular tracking of Actuals vs. Budget.
• Management Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations for management and the board of directors including Balance sheet PNL cash flow and other required reports.
• Budget Analysis: Analyze budget implications on company operations and strategies.
• Decisionmaking Participation: Participate in decisionmaking processes and implement decisions in the company budget.
• Financial Exposures Management: Manage the companys liquid assets including analysis of currency exposure cash flow management and supervision of the investment policy.
• Financial Operations Management: Manage financial operations with banks and other financial entities including selecting appropriate banks and negotiating terms of account management.
• Investor Relations (IR): Respond to investor inquiries prepare reports for investors and participate in investor meetings.
• Tax Compliance: Liaise with local authorities for tax issues including regular tax reporting and securing special tax incentives.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare for yearly external audits and/or tax audits as required by law.
• Other Duties: Fulfill other duties as requested based on company demands.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance MBA preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
• Five years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience preferably in production or BPO.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Accounting Software.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills integrity teamwork interpersonal skills handson management style willingness to learn and grow.
