Front End Technical Leader

Your Duties:

• Collaborating within a crossfunctional product team and with other departments to address customer issues by delivering product features and providing support.
• Engaging in all stages of software engineering including planning coding testing deployment and maintenance.
• Writing highquality code that adheres to best practices and clean code principles.
• Advocating for enhancements to product quality security and performance.
• Working with other engineers or team members across various infrastructure layers to design and implement new features.
• Interacting with clients to comprehend and define their requirements offering advice when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript with over 2 years specifically in ReactJS.
• Experience leading teams.
• Proficiency in various JavaScript frameworks. Our current stack includes npm webpack React Redux ReactRouter node.js Express.js Promises Babel and ESLint.
• Familiarity with automated unit and integration testing tools (Junit Mockito Sinon Jest Mockery).
• Experience working with UI libraries and databases.
• Proficiency in version control systems (GIT and GitHub repositories preferred).
• Knowledge of Linux and virtualization with Docker experience preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools.
• Experience or knowledge of Microservices and Docker container technology managed with Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration and open communication across functional boundaries.
• Problemsolving mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to expedite the process from idea conception to implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
