Finance Business Partner

JOB OVERVIEW

This role entails providing finance partnering services and supporting various partner functions in planning budget control and process improvement initiatives. The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact for financerelated queries from partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the consolidation of Group management reports and provide periodic analysis (e.g. MIS Management Information System MBU Monthly Business Updates Quarterly reports).
• Generate regular and adhoc expense reports including variance analysis for partner functions identifying areas of concern and coordinating followup actions with relevant departments.
• Oversee and facilitate the annual budgeting process across Hoan My entities and business units ensuring alignment with Hoan My Group strategies. Provide support to Hoan My entities in operational and business plan preparation as well as KPI setup.
• Monitor Group performance through daily and weekly KPI tracking monthly budget reviews and updated forecasts to ensure alignment with Hoan My strategies.
• Participate in commercial and strategic decisionmaking processes through business analysis.
• Contribute to Informative system projects such as FICO HIS or related systems providing finance expertise and best practices to streamline processes and reduce reporting time.
• Serve as a trusted finance advisor and facilitate productive business discussions including financial process improvement initiatives and business case evaluations.
• Promote financial awareness and embed financial thinking into partners daily processes.
• Undertake other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager or Management team.
