E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Job Description

• Handling day to day operational tasks related to OneCard merchants, vendors, and services.
• Adding new services to OneCard digital warehouse.
• Updating digital warehouse inventory.
• Enhancing graphical content related to OneCard services.
• Performing constant review for content related to all OneCard selling channels.
• Coordinating and working closely with the finance department to process payments.
• Keeping track of vendors’ accounts, invoices, and payables.
• Preparing reports for internal and external clients, as requested.

Job Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge and being familiar with numbers is a must
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Strong customer orientation
• Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills
• Flexibility & ability to work in a team
• Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude
• High sense of time management
