• Manage a social media & Content management team
• Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
• Manage the tone of voice of the brand online
• Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns for targeted audiences
• Influence and manage social media outreach efforts
• Manage a high volume of daily social media posts across different platforms
• Co-Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts to measure the digital campaigns ROI
• Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal resultsFacebook Insights and evaluating the company’s social media presence and performance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and command over Arabic and English
• Experience using various analytics software.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
