• Create leads and convert to opportunities
  
• Push to funder application ensure all the details are accurate
  
• Submit application to funder
  
• Sent credit guides if applicable
  

• Issue invoices
  
• Order valuation
  
• Follow up
  
• Generate credit reports and complete title search
  
• Complete KYC IDyou or IDki
  
• Complete application forms and sending for signatures
  
• Complete funding table and servicing calculator
  
• Draft credit proposal for credit assessment
  
• Credit assessment assessing applications prior to submission to the credit analyst for review
  
• Complete risk and fraud assessments
  
• Review credit limits in line with our policies and procedures
  
• Recommend for approval/decline
  
• Complete cover sheets
  
• Dealing with underwriter MIR and queries
  
• Issue formal approval or decline letter
  
• Assist with Pre & Post settlement enquiries
  
• Ad hoc task as necessary
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in finance accounting or other businessrelated fields
  
• Minimum 2 years of Mortgage Credit experience within Malaysian/Australian settings
  
• Plus point if candidate has exposure working with Australian companies
  
• Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively for fastpaced work environment with varying degrees of supervision
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
  
• Strong understanding of the credit policy
  
• Strong problemsolving mathematical comprehension and analytical skills
