Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance and manageable legal risks
• Scrutinize contracts from a legal perspective to prevent fraud inducement and clauses that may cause significant losses to the platform
• Assist in developing and optimizing the listing contract process and system to ensure compliance in business operations
• Participate in legal due diligence and risk assessments for listing projects
• Collaborate with the risk management team to conduct legal risk assessments and analysis
• Engage in internal training and legal knowledgesharing activities to enhance team legal awareness and cultivation

Requirements and skills

• Bachelors degree in Law with relevant work experience preferred
• Proficiency in legal risk identification and prevention familiarity with contract law and related regulations
• Experience in risk management or listing contract management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
• Strong sense of responsibility execution capability and problemsolving skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be highly advantageous
