Hours: Monday-Friday (1st and 2nd shift Available)

Job Description:

Set up, operate, and program CNC machines to produce high-quality metal parts and components according to technical drawings and blueprints. Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine attachments for each job. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure efficient and effective performance. Analyze and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure that finished products meet design specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with other members of the production team, including engineers, designers, and quality control inspectors, to ensure the timely completion of projects. Continuously improve production processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and minimize errors. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of experience operating and programming CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. Must have experience operating Haas machines with Fanuc Controls Must have experience with G & M Code Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
