Schedule appointments & track calendars
Organize & file documentation
Answer Simple questions related to business and working premises
Preform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, emailing & filing.
File & Complete Documentation for Employee status
Receive and mail Packages & Letters

Track and follow-up and shipping & receiving

Requirements

• Preferred: fresh graduate.
• English language is must
• Familiar with Microsoft office is a MUST.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Flexibility to explore and handle different tasks and act with responsibility and ownership
• We’re looking for a professional with not less than [1] years of relevant work experience.
