Accounts Payable Specialist

• Encode, match, and process invoices on a daily
  
• Reconcile vendor statements to internal records on a regular Resolve differences and
  adjust internal records if
  
• Process the weekly check run and prepare checks for
  
• Research and rectify outstanding balances on
  
• Ensure invoices are processed and reconciled timely for monthly
  
• Assist with audit support as it relates to accounts payable
  
• Obtain W9 documents from NEP vendors and ensure ongoing compliance for end of year
  
  

Requirements

• Associates or a Bachelor s Degree in Accounting preferred, however a combination of education and experience will be
  
• Working knowledge of computers and application software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word,and Sage 500 and Concur a
  
• Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills and attention to
  
• Self-motivated, professional, resourceful, personable and easily adaptable to changing situation
  
• Works collaboratively with people on the team and in other parts of the organization; supporting others when
  
• Prior Accounts Payable experience a
