ملخص الوظيفة
- Lead BIM coordination and clash detection across multidisciplinary teams (Civil Marine MEP)
- Review and validate BIM models ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance
- Enforce BIM standards protocols and governance frameworks across contractors
- Act as the client representative (PMC) for all BIM-related activities
- Oversee model integration across project phases (design construction handover)
- Support digital integration initiatives including Digital Twin and smart systems (where applicable)
- Monitor BIM deliverables ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards
- Generate and support BIM-based reporting visualization and dashboards
- Identify risks within BIM workflows and provide proactive mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related discipline.
- Minimum 1012 years of experience in BIM with clear progression from modelling to coordination to senior oversight roles.
- Proven experience in marine and/or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Experience working in a PMC or consultant role reviewing BIM model
Strong background in:
- 1- BIM coordination
- 2- Clash detection
- 3- Model review and validation
- Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines (Civil Marine MEP)
- Exposure to large-scale or mega projects
Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical specialization preferred). * 1012 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. * Strong experience in geotechnical investigations soil mechanics and foundation systems. * Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex ground conditions (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of piling systems ground improvement and excavation support methods. * Proven experience in design review and technical validation. * Strong coordination skills with civil and structural teams. * Ability to review geotechnical reports and foundation recommendations. * Certifications such as PMP PE License or QA/QC are a plus.
