ملخص الوظيفة
- Lead and support urban planning and policy advisory projects for large-scale and city-wide developments.
- Develop and review masterplans urban strategies and land-use plans.
- Provide strategic planning recommendations to clients (government entities developers and stakeholders).
- Advise on urban policies regulations zoning and development guidelines.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including authorities consultantsdevelopers to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare planning reports presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Support decision-making processes at strategic and policy levels.
- Integrate sustainability and smart city concepts into urban planning projects.
- Utilize GIS and spatial analysis tools to support planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations planning standards and development frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Architecture or a related field
- 10 min. years of experience in urban planning and policy advisory
- Proven experience in large-scale / city-wide developments
- Experience working in PMC / consultancy environments.
- Strong background in master planning and urban strategy development
- Experience in policy frameworks regulations and zoning guidelines
- Exposure to infrastructure-related or large-scale developments
Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical specialization preferred). * 1012 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. * Strong experience in geotechnical investigations soil mechanics and foundation systems. * Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex ground conditions (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of piling systems ground improvement and excavation support methods. * Proven experience in design review and technical validation. * Strong coordination skills with civil and structural teams. * Ability to review geotechnical reports and foundation recommendations. * Certifications such as PMP PE License or QA/QC are a plus.
