- Manage end-to-end permitting and regulatory approvals for infrastructure projects (roads utilities developments)
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to secure approvals
- Ensure compliance with local regulations codes and approval processes
- Track permit submissions timelines and approval status
- Review documentation for regulatory compliance and completeness
- Handle multiple permits simultaneously across project phases
- Report permitting progress to client and project stakeholders
- Resolve permitting challenges and delays through proactive authority engagement
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering Urban Planning Architecture or related field
- 1012 years of experience in regulatory and permitting roles
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects (roads utilities developments)
- Background in PMC or consultancy environments
- Regulatory / Permitting certifications
- PMP or Legal/Compliance training
Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical specialization preferred). * 1012 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. * Strong experience in geotechnical investigations soil mechanics and foundation systems. * Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex ground conditions (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of piling systems ground improvement and excavation support methods. * Proven experience in design review and technical validation. * Strong coordination skills with civil and structural teams. * Ability to review geotechnical reports and foundation recommendations. * Certifications such as PMP PE License or QA/QC are a plus.
