We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the smooth operation safety and maintenance of company facilities in Egypt. The role ensures compliance with local regulations optimizes operational costs and provides a safe and productive work environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across offices corporate buildings or operational sites.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings MEP systems utilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with local vendors suppliers and contractors ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.
- Manage facility budgets control costs and prepare expenditure reports.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian health safety and environmental regulations including Civil Defense requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Handle government-related requirements for facilities when needed (e.g. Civil Defense licenses inspections).
- Oversee housekeeping security transportation and cafeteria services (if applicable).
- Lead emergency response plans fire safety drills and evacuation procedures.
- Manage renovations fit-outs and facility improvement projects.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and employee requests.

- Facilities Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in Egypt
