ملخص الوظيفة

Were hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth for our Bosch Partner IoT portfolio (devices platform services). You will own the full sales cycle build a predictable pipeline close strategic deals and expand partner channels across sectors such as logistics ports customs and enterprise operations.

What Youll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting discovery solution design proposal negotiation closing
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts with strong CRM discipline
  • Sell consultatively to B2B/B2G stakeholders across multi-decision-maker accounts
  • Lead pilots/PoCs and convert them into scaled deployments and long-term contracts
  • Develop partner channels (system integrators/resellers) and drive joint go-to-market opportunities
  • Coordinate with product engineering and operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer success
  • Monitor market/competitor activity and translate insights into account and territory strategies

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • 8 years of B2B sales experience (IoT hardware SaaS telecom security industrial tech preferred)
  • Demonstrated success hitting targets and closing complex long-cycle deals
  • Strong negotiation storytelling/presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead customer workshops discovery sessions and executive-level meetings
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus); willingness to travel as needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into government entities (B2G) tenders and RFPs
  • Partner/channel sales experience with system integrators and resellers
  • Solid understanding of IoT fundamentals (connectivity sensors dashboards APIs deployments)

Success Looks Like

  • Consistent pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
  • PoCs converted into multi-site or scaled rollouts
  • Strategic accounts won and expanded (upsell/cross-sell)
  • Active partner channel generating qualified opportunities

  • Autonomous and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Responsible reliable and self-motivated approach to tasks and deadlines
