Were hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth for our Bosch Partner IoT portfolio (devices platform services). You will own the full sales cycle build a predictable pipeline close strategic deals and expand partner channels across sectors such as logistics ports customs and enterprise operations.
What Youll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting discovery solution design proposal negotiation closing
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts with strong CRM discipline
- Sell consultatively to B2B/B2G stakeholders across multi-decision-maker accounts
- Lead pilots/PoCs and convert them into scaled deployments and long-term contracts
- Develop partner channels (system integrators/resellers) and drive joint go-to-market opportunities
- Coordinate with product engineering and operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer success
- Monitor market/competitor activity and translate insights into account and territory strategies
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 8 years of B2B sales experience (IoT hardware SaaS telecom security industrial tech preferred)
- Demonstrated success hitting targets and closing complex long-cycle deals
- Strong negotiation storytelling/presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead customer workshops discovery sessions and executive-level meetings
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus); willingness to travel as needed
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into government entities (B2G) tenders and RFPs
- Partner/channel sales experience with system integrators and resellers
- Solid understanding of IoT fundamentals (connectivity sensors dashboards APIs deployments)
Success Looks Like
- Consistent pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
- PoCs converted into multi-site or scaled rollouts
- Strategic accounts won and expanded (upsell/cross-sell)
- Active partner channel generating qualified opportunities
