  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both consumer and enterprise markets across Tanzania.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients distributors resellers and channel partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor activity customer needs and emerging trends in the telecom industry.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations on mobile services data bundles IoT solutions and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer demands and market positioning.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reporting pipeline updates and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure consistent performance and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory standards and ethical sales practices in all customer interactions.


Requirements

  • 25 years of proven experience in sales within the telecommunications technology or digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products including mobile subscriptions data plans MVNO services and digital platforms.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales with a demonstrated ability to close deals and manage key accounts.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills in both Swahili and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel across Tanzania to meet clients attend events and support field operations.
