The position will be based in Morocco managing Sales in Tunisia and Algeria. Fluent French Speakerisessential.

About the Role

We are seeking aSenior Account Executiveto drive cloud revenue growth and customer success across named strategic this role you will build trusted executive relationships develop customer-centric strategies and position SAPs cloud solutions to address complex business challenges. You will own account strategy pipeline and outcomes ensuring long-term value realization and expansion of SAPs footprint.

This role carries a sales quota and requires a strong blend of strategic thinking customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Develop and execute customer-centric account strategies aligned with customer business goals.

  • Build andmaintainstrong executive-level relationships with customers and partners.

  • Influence customer requirements and solution design to maximize business value.

Cloud Revenue Growth

  • Drive renewals retention and expansion across SAPs cloud solutions portfolio.

  • Identifyopportunities to grow SAPs footprint within existing and prospective accounts.

  • Own pipeline management forecasting and revenue outcomes.

  • Ensure effective sales handover to implementation and delivery partners.

Customer Success & Future Readiness

  • Guide customers through cloud adoption migration and consumption.

  • Clearly articulate the value of SAP cloud solutions and transformation journeys.

  • Maximize customer lifetime value through adoption and value realization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align internal SAP account teams and partners to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Collaborate across sales presales services and partners on complex engagements.

  • Contribute to long-term strategic concepts and account planning.

Account Leadership & Governance

  • Independently manage large complex accounts and initiatives.

  • Provide regular status updates insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of systems processes and go-to-market strategies.

What You Bring

  • Several years of progressive experience in enterprise or cloud software sales.

  • Strong business acumen with advanced knowledge in one or more solution areas.

  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional and cross-country accounts.

  • Demonstrated success in cultivating long-term customer relationships.

  • Ability to work independently set priorities and resolve complex issues.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

  • Experience carrying and delivering against a sales quota.
