AB Tasty after acquiring is looking for a highly people-oriented proactive Office Manager with excellent social skills who naturally connects with people and creates a positive welcoming office environment.
Working in the office in Raanana MondayWednesday ideal for someone who enjoys being the heart of the office and making sure everything and everyone is taken care of.
Own the day-to-day office operations- Responsibility of all administrative functions; Front office office supplies parking management issuing of employee/visitors cards cleaning repair & maintenance etc.
Be the go-to person for employees and their needs
Foster a positive team spirit and great office vibe
Manage vendors food supply
Organize a weekly happy hour and occasional social events
Handle office guests and visits
Support HR-related administration and general office tasks
