Join our team as a Senior L&OD Manager where you will play a key role in integrating AI into our learning ecosystem and strengthening organizational effectiveness across business units. You will partner closely with leaders and professional communities (clans) to shape future capabilities lead organizational development processes and drive readiness for AI-enabled ways of working.

You will also contribute to innovation and culture initiatives through hackathons experimentation and continuous-learning practices that help employees and leaders adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

AI-Enabled Learning & Capability Development
Partner with business leaders HRBPs and professional clan leads to diagnose capability gaps and future skill needs emerging from AI and business transformation.
Integrate AI technologies into learning strategies programs and tools to increase personalization scale and impact.
Design innovative learning solutions such as AI-powered learning paths adaptive content simulations and performance-support tools.
Build and implement upskilling and reskilling programs aligned with business priorities and professional domains.
Deliver workshops and enablement initiatives to strengthen AI literacy and responsible adoption across the organization.

Organizational Development in Business Units
Lead organizational diagnostics and development processes within business units to strengthen effectiveness ways of working and readiness for change.
Partner with unit leadership teams to analyze structures workflows decision processes and collaboration patterns translating insights into actionable OD interventions.
Co-design organizational solutions such as role clarity capability frameworks operating models and professional development pathways.
Support leaders through transformation initiatives embedding AI-enabled work practices and continuous-learning behaviors.


Professional Communities & Capability Architecture
Partner with leaders of professional clans to map capability frameworks and evolving domain skills.
Align professional development strategies with organizational and business needs.
Translate professional-community insights into scalable learning and OD solutions across units.


Stakeholder Partnership & Adoption
Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders HRBPs and clan heads to co-create learning and OD strategies.
Assess organizational readiness and AI adoption maturity to tailor enablement approaches.
Influence decisions through data-driven insights and deep understanding of business context.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders translating diagnostics into actionable recommendations.

Culture Innovation & Continuous Learning
Champion a culture of experimentation learning and AI-enabled innovation across business units and professional communities.
Lead hackathons ideation sessions and rapid experimentation cycles to drive capability growth and problem solving.
Stay current with global trends in AI learning sciences and organizational development to shape forward-looking practices.
Advocate for platforms tools and approaches that accelerate capability building and learning impact.


Requirements:
34 years of experience in Learning & Organizational Development in a global tech or consulting environment.
Strong expertise in organizational development methodologies diagnostics and business-unit interventions.
Proven ability to translate business needs into learning and OD strategies.
Experience working with professional communities / communities of practice to define capability needs.
Experience designing and implementing upskilling and reskilling programs.
Experience using AI tools for learning design content creation analytics or workflow optimization.
Experience leading innovation initiatives such as hackathons or experimentation programs.
Strong analytical capability and experience measuring learning/OD impact.
Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
Curiosity growth mindset and passion for AI and future-of-work practices.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
