Were looking for a Workplace Operations Manager who can elevate the office beyond daytoday operations and turn it into a modern highperforming workspace that employees genuinely want to come this role you will lead the Office Management team optimize operational processes and create a seamless productive environment that supports hybrid work. Youll blend operational excellence with employeeexperience thinkingmanaging vendors improving space utilization and ensuring every aspect of the workplace runs smoothly efficiently and costeffectively. What youll do:
- Lead daily operations: Manage the Office Management team and ensure all aspects of facilities supplies and employee amenities run seamlessly.
- Optimize space: Use data to drive smart decisions on space utilization that reflect hybrid work realities.
- Oversee vendors: Manage third-party partners to deliver high-quality services while maintaining cost discipline.
- Elevate the experience: Create an environment that supports productivity collaboration and a strong sense of belonging.
- Solve problems quickly: Address operational issues as they arise and implement long-term solutions.
Who you are:
- 5 years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management within a global high-tech environment.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing administrative or operational teams.
- Advanced Excel capabilities including complex data analysis financial modeling and executive-level reporting.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced high-pressure environments.
- Native-level Hebrew and full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
