- Optimize space: Use data to drive smart decisions on space utilization that reflect hybrid work realities.
- Oversee vendors: Manage third-party partners to deliver high-quality services while maintaining cost discipline.
- Elevate the experience: Create an environment that supports productivity collaboration and a strong sense of belonging.
- Solve problems quickly: Address operational issues as they arise and implement long-term solutions.
Who you are:
- Experience: 5 years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management within a global high-tech environment.
- People Management: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing administrative or operational teams.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel capabilities including complex data analysis financial modeling and executive-level reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Native-level Hebrew and full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
