We are seeking a Marketing Lead to own and lead all marketing activities across our clients subsidiaries including Venture Studio Managed & Outsourcing Services Quality Services and Startup Factory initiatives.
This role is both strategic and hands-on responsible for shaping the overall marketing direction while leading and managing external marketing agencies to ensure consistent execution strong brand positioning and measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is a senior modern B2B marketer with strong leadership presence deep understanding of digital and growth marketing and proven experience managing agencies campaigns and multi-brand portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business revenue and growth objectives
- Translate company vision services and programs into clear market positioning and messaging
- Define annual and quarterly marketing plans KPIs and budgets
Agency & Vendor Management
- Lead manage and evaluate external marketing agencies (digital content performance PR branding)
- Set clear briefs timelines KPIs and quality standards for all agencies
- Ensure alignment accountability and consistent delivery across partners
Brand Content & Communications
- Oversee brand positioning and storytelling across all entities
- Ensure consistent tone messaging and visual identity across digital channels campaigns and materials
- Supervise content strategy for website social media thought leadership case studies and programs
Demand Generation & Growth
- Drive B2B lead generation pipeline growth and awareness across target sectors
- Oversee digital campaigns (LinkedIn Google email events partnerships)
- Support sales business development and venture teams with strong marketing enablement
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance dashboards campaign ROI and funnel metrics
- Use insights and data to optimize campaigns and marketing spend
- Report clearly to leadership on impact results and recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership sales venture teams and program managers
- Support launches partnerships innovation programs and flagship initiatives
- Act as the central marketing point of contact across the organization
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in marketing roles with at least 23 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong background in B2B digital services consulting tech or venture ecosystems
- Proven experience managing and leading external marketing agencies
- Solid understanding of digital marketing demand generation and brand strategy
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
