Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry & Records Management
Accurately enter and update inventory sales and delivery data in the system.
Maintain electronic and manual records for stock movement invoices and delivery notes.
Generate basic reports related to stock levels expiries and transactions.
File and organize warehouse and pharmacy documentation.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Support
Monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
Assist in receiving inspecting storing and organizing pharmaceutical products.
Support stock replenishment and stock counts (cycle counts and physical inventory).
Ensure proper labeling and storage according to pharmaceutical standards.
3. Pharmacy & Compliance Support
Assist the pharmacist in warehouse-related pharmaceutical activities under supervision.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws safety guidelines and company SOPs.
Report discrepancies damages or expired products promptly.
4. Daily Warehouse Operations
Assist in opening and closing the warehouse.
Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient product handling and distribution.
Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams as required.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Certificate or Diploma in Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in data entry warehouse operations or pharmacy support.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel inventory systems).
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
2-3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
