JOB DESCRTIPTION:
1. Manage the CEOs calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
2. Prepare briefing notes meeting agendas and follow-up action items.
3. Draft correspondence emails letters and documents on behalf of the CEO.
4. Maintain confidentiality of all CEO communications and decisions.
5. Organize executive meetings board meetings and strategic workshops.
6. Prepare minutes track follow-ups and ensure implementations.
7. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
8. Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure timely flow of information.
9. Filter and prioritize emails calls and meeting requests sent to the CEO.
10. Any other tasks as shall be assigned.
Requirements
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelors Degree in BA Management or Communication.
