About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Digital Graphic Designer who can bring the CEQUENS brand to life across digital this role youll own the creative direction and visual identity of CEQUENS across the web advertising campaigns events and social. Youll be a key member of the marketing teamtranslating our vision and product stories into stunning conversion-driven visuals.
The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through design a strong understanding of B2B SaaS and AI trends and hands-on experience with modern creative tools like Figma Storylane Canva and Runway. Bonus points if youre confident designing landing pages and light video content for web and social
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the CEQUENS visual brand across all digital platforms and assets
- Design compelling and conversion-focused landing pages ads and web visuals
- Collaborate closely with product marketing content and growth teams to ensure visual consistency across campaigns
- Build and manage design systems and reusable templates for speed and scalability
- Produce digital assets for integrated campaigns: web banners email visuals infographics social graphics event collateral video thumbnails and more
- Provide art direction on motion/video when needed (experience with tools like Runway or CapCut is a plus)
- Stay up to date with design trends AI design tools and creative best practices in B2B SaaS
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Digital Media or related field
- 7 years of relevant experience in digital design (tech/SaaS industry is a must)
- Proven experience in web and UI/UX design including responsive layout principles
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital campaigns web design and branding
- Proficiency in Figma Canva Storylane Runway Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Strong understanding of color theory typography layout and brand systems
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise tech products
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio submission is mandatory: Include a link or attach a PDF (max 3 pages) with your application. Applications without portfolios will not be considered.
