ملخص الوظيفة

As an HR Operations Specialist you will play a key role in managing and optimizing HR processes ensuring a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Youll contribute to the success of the People Operations team by driving key projects and collaborating across teams to create efficient people-focused solutions.
In your day-to-day you will:

Manage and lead complex HR projects ensuring successful execution and delivery

Improve and optimize HR processes related to the employee lifecycle

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and alignment across locations and departments

Take ownership of specific operational aspects within the people group such as budget management relocation onboarding and other employee journey-related domains

Qualifications :

3 years of experience in HR operations program or project management or people management

Proven ability to lead complex projects and work effectively with multiple stakeholders

A can-do approach and innovation mindset with the ability to embrace and implement new AI tools

Technical proficiency with project management tools and software like PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets

Independent self-starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance

Experience working in a global environment collaborating across various languages and cultures
