What you will be doing:
- Lead the companys consensus forecasting process consolidating inputs from Sales Ops Product Operations and Support to generate an aligned demand signal.
- Develop and maintain production plans for all global manufacturing sites ensuring alignment with capacity constraints and operational priorities.
- Analyze global inventory levels across all regions identify risks or gaps and recommend actions to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Drive crossfunctional coordination with Sales Ops Product teams Planning Production Managers FP&A and Supply Chain.
- Support the S&OP cycle by validating forecast updates reviewing capacity and footprint implications.
- Define BI tools and dashboards (QlikSense).

Requirements:
- BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management.
- 2 years of experience in planning roles.
- Strong analytical abilities and systemwide thinking.
- Excellent English (spoken & written).
- Advanced Excel capabilities: Oracle & BI tools experience is an advantage.
- Independent proactive detailoriented and able to work under time pressure.
