We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Director to lead the people agenda across our Operations Risk and Compliance business units. As a key member of the senior leadership team you will partner with C-level executives to design and implement innovative HR strategies that drive organizational growth strengthen leadership and foster a high-performing inclusive culture.
What youll do:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute enterprise-wide people strategies that prioritize organizational agility talent density and business growth.
Global Team Management: Lead and mentor a global HR team elevating their capabilities to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality HR support.
Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted thought partner to the C-suite providing guidance on organizational design workforce planning and leadership succession.
Integrated Solutions: Translate business objectives into actionable people priorities by partnering with Centers of Excellence (TA Total Rewards L&D) to deliver scalable global solutions.
Change Management: Lead complex organizational change initiatives ensuring alignment with global practices while mitigating local operational risks.
Data-Driven Planning: Spearhead strategic workforce planning using data-driven insights to identify skill gaps and guide talent investment decisions.
Culture Champion: Drive initiatives that strengthen the leadership pipeline and build future-ready capabilities across a matrixed organization.
Who you are:
10 years in HR with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP leadership role within a global company.
A proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive cultural and organizational transformation.
- Exceptional analytical thinking coaching facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to support and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Deep understanding of organizational design talent strategy and global HR best practices.
Ability to navigate and lead through change within a fast-paced matrixed environment.
Advantage:
- Experience establishing HR operations or building teams in India is highly preferred.
