We are seeking a talented and dedicated Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Israel. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for finance strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices manage billing and collections and support the generation of various financial reports.
Develop financial metrics and conduct regular monitoring.
Oversee relationships with external vendors and suppliers ensuring compliance with company standards and performance metrics.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with corporate goals.
Support the execution of corporate strategies and processes across various operational functions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined solutions to enhance efficiency.
Maintain strong internal relationships to resolve financial and invoicing issues swiftly.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills including proficiency in Excel financial modeling and business analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proactive adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other relevant software.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
